- 4 tsps of Apple Cider Vinegar
- Warm or cold water
- Ginger powder
- One and half taps of Lime or Lemon
Basically,I mix all the ingredients in a cup,or sometimes half a cup of warm water. On days when I feel like I’ve had enough warm water in a week,I don’t use warm water.
Benefits? You would definitely notice a difference in one week of being consistent. I drink this detox water every morning on an empty stomach,and every night sometimes. This is only whenever I feel bloated,or whenever I want to loose some weight. So you don’t have to take it for a long time.
