Self-care in self-isolation? I think it’s essential!
Lockdown, quarantine, social distancing, whatever you want to call it, we’re all going to be spending much more time at home for the foreseeable future.
Whilst some people are loving being able to reconnect with things they’ve previously not had time to do, others are finding staying at home more of a challenge.
Me? I’m 50/50. I’m enjoying the new perspective we now have, but at the same time, I’m also suffering from uncertainty anxiety. So how am I coping? Through lots and lots of self-care.
If you’ve been on my blog before you will know that I am a huge fan of self-care and think it’s essential for everyone and not just those who suffer from mental health illnesses. It’s such an effective way for you to recharge, relax and reset so you can deal with all of the challenges this pandemic throws your way.
To help you navigate these strange times, I’ve put together a huge list of ways you can practice self care from the comfort of your own home.
