You will have to work hard and sweat to make the soil produce anything, until you go back to the soil from which you were formed. You were made from soil, and you will become soil again.
|Hi Reader| welcome to my blog
It’s been awhile since I wrote here, and I decided today,to share a piece of my here. Today is 26th of February,2020. Today marks the beginning of the Lenten Season on the Catholic calendar.
I’m Catholic, and I feel that I need to write more about my faith. My blog is my space. I hope that everyone knows that we are one regardless of our faith.
What is the Lenten season?
Lent is the season of the christian year that begins on Ash Wednesday. It lasts for 40 days and leads up to the celebration of Easter. it is a time of fasting, prayer and charity. It reminds us that life is just a passing breeze, that we do’t live forever. It is a time of reflection, growth and turning back to God for repentance.
Some christians belive that this season is for Catholics only, but the tuth is that anybody can observer the fasting. It is an opportunity to b better,to give and to be closer to God.
While fasting,we are not suppose to let anyone know. you don’t have to announcethat you are fasting,or to dress your worst in order to show that you are in a sober mood. God sees the heart.
